If we work together, you agree on the following T&C:

1. License upon payment
   You receive a final license to use the designs only after full payment. Until then, you only have a temporary license.

2. No payment, no use
   If payment is not made, the temporary license automatically expires. Any use of my designs by you or your clients is then unlawful.

3. Validity of quotes
   Quotes are valid for 30 days. After that, I may update my prices and conditions.

4. Additional work
   Work that falls outside the agreed quote will be invoiced separately. I will always discuss this with you beforehand so there are no surprises.

5. Delivery of files
   Final files will only be delivered once (partial) payment has been received. This keeps things fair and transparent for both of us.

6. Revisions
   My price includes one revision round. Extra revisions or major changes will be charged separately.

7. Use and liability
   I am not responsible for any damages caused by incorrect or unlawful use of my designs. You remain responsible for using the work properly.

8. Portfolio and promotion
   I may use my designs in my portfolio, on my website, or social media. If you prefer otherwise, we can agree on this in advance.

9. Cancellation
   If you cancel a project, you are required to pay for the work already completed. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
